Bridget Hagan was born and raised in New Orleans. Her favorite pastime? Live music, specifically blues!

“I’m excited to join the Mind Coach NOLA team to help people recognize their challenges, build on their strengths and find their ultimate path to success. Currently, my two favorite books are Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol Dweck and I am Peace: A Book of Mindfulness for Children by Susan Verde. Both books will influence how I coach as they emphasize mindfulness amid our hectic world and the benefits of being both grounded in who you are and open to growth.”




Cyndi Mitchell was born and raised in Metairie, LA. Her favorite pastime? Boardgames. She and her family love to play as a family and even have a handmade trophy that the winner keeps until the next board game championship.

Fun Fact: She got stuck on Rockin’ Roller Coaster, had to walk off the ride and saw the entire ride with the lights on. The best part? She went back on it the same day.

“It is important to have someone believe in you, listen to you, guide you and provide resources on ADHD. I’m incredibly excited to see how people can grow and develop through our programs. Many individuals stay so focused on the negative, regardless of whether that negativity is coming from yourself or others. My motto is to remember to always be your best self - that is a motto I want to help my clients embody.”




Geneva Torrence is a certified Career and Life Coach through the International Coach Federation. She has worked as a Success Coach and Career Coach at Tulane University where she specializes in working with students around decision making, goal setting, test preparation and time management. Through her time at Tulane she has worked with students with ADHD, EF, and learning differences.

Fun Fact: She is a member of the Sirens of New Orleans Mardi Gras dance krewe.

Favorite Motto: Life is a process not an outcome.

Additionally, Geneva is an instructor for 3 courses at Tulane housed in Newcomb-Tulane College, the Social Innovation Social Entrepreneurship Minor, and in Business and Leadership Studies program. She loves to build interpersonal relationships and help students navigate all aspects of college life. Furthermore, she enjoys collaborating with students to develop the skills to tackle life after Tulane.

Kathy Brennan is an experienced educator with a proven ability to actively engage learners of all ages. She has extensive classroom experience ranging from teaching students at the lower school level through facilitating training for adults. Kathy also has over fifteen years of experience working individually with students to improve their organizational skills as well as their academic knowledge. She is passionate about motivating and supporting learners in taking responsibility for their own development and learning.

Fun Fact: She is one of eight children.

”I am excited for the opportunity to learn a systematic approach to coaching students to develop skills that will help them throughout their lives. I've long believed that retraining the brain is possible and is a powerful way to help individuals be more productive and feel more successful. I see the MCN training and community as an opportunity for me to sharpen my own skills so that I can help others to do this in a more intentional way. And while the focus is on people with ADHD, I believe many - if not all - learners can benefit from learning these skills.”




Lauren Russo was born and raised in Kenner, Louisiana. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University and Masters in Counselor Education from University of New Orleans. Throughout her training and career she has worked with individuals ranging from toddlers to elderly adults with a variety of mental and educational disabilities. She is excited to continue developing her passion for helping people lead happy, fulfilling lives.

Favorite Past Time: Arts & crafts and bubble baths.

Fun Fact: I am currently learning how to play the drums.

Marin Casselli was born and raised in New Orleans, LA.  Marin received a dual B.A. in Psychology and Photography from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. She then received her Masters from the Tulane School of Social Work.  Marin is a licensed social worker, a full-time mom and proud owner of a Turbo Thinker Brain!  Marin has been a therapist for over 10 years, and has worked with young children, individuals and families

Favorite Past Time: Traveling, being outdoors, enjoying the New Orleans culture with her husband and two young children.

Fun Fact: She traveled to the Himalayas to study mindfulness and, during her stay, used art to help young Tibetan refugees learn English.

Meredith Knauer, born and raised in New Orleans, used to be a Mind Coach NOLA intern before beginning the journey to become a coach!

Favorite Past Time: Writing or playing board games with friends or family.

Fun Fact: She studied abroad in Ireland for a summer!

Sandradee Gray-Werts, born and raised in New Orleans, has a B.A. in Business Administration from Dillard University; MAOM - Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, Masters +30 in Educational Leadership from Walden University and has been a certified educator for over 20 years.

Favorite Past Time: Taking mini-vacations with her husband. Up next? Dolphin Island!

Fun Fact: She’s a comedian! She loves making her student laugh. Oh and also a Pastor.
