Recommended Reading From Mind Coach NOLA: The Ta-Da List

ADDitude Magazine has offered up a cute little solution to "To-Do List Shame," with an article on creating a “Ta-Da” list. For just a little while, forget your to-do list—you know, the one that just keeps getting longer and longer, the one that makes you feel bad. Instead, jot down a ta-da list. Write down everything you DID do. Really—everything. Funny how it’s hard to remember and acknowledge what we did do, and so easy to harp on how awful we are for what we have not yet done. So pat yourself on the back for what you accomplished! Even it was just brushing your teeth and feeding the cat. Hooray! It’s done! Look at you go!
