"7 Things That Could Happen When You Quit Social Media," by Abbey Schubert, is a quick read, and worth considering.

In my coaching work, especially with teens and young adults (even people in their 30s or above!), we work together to identify how social media creates obstacles to your success. Once you know how social media is affecting your mind, time management, and achievements, it's easier to break bad habits and start creating new, healthier ones.
